That info is all part of the original claim. When you read it all, it seems almost impossible for JP Morgan to argue that they didn't know what they were doing.
As long as ID8 have the original emails to those people showing they had the information.
Arguing that the patent isn't a patent seems ridiculous when JP Morgan tried to patent it themselves and were refused based on the existing patent but big money seems to be able to argue technicalities these days so who knows.
It's a worry in America if a granted patent isn't a legal patent anymore.
