For Makuutu to be producing in 2026 we need Offtake and Finance to be finalised later this year, and Tim stated a month ago that a couple of dominos have to fall before then, I think the domino was the 25% imposed on Chinese sourced REE, I do believe Makuutu isn't just simmering in the background but is going full steam
