Yes because the funds that own most of the stock all got set today with the 1.7 million shares traded. I wouldn't be surprised if the stock has been managed down by the instos so people like you don't buy their allocation. Ps bought another 60k at 79.5 and given that I sold 40k of these at 82 a couple of days ago I didn't feel desperate at all.
Ps dont confuse dilution of your personal holdings with the underlying value of the company
