I've always avoided MEK as I've heard plenty of rumours about poor ground conditions in their underground mines.
The DFS metrics look enticing.
The payback time of 9 months (gold 3k) and post-tax IRR at 67% look tasty but there remains
plenty of execution risk for a reasonably smallish reward.
They need to bolster production rate from years 6 to 10 to make this project a financing lock.
