As much as I am super pissed off with the scale of the sell off..... I can't help but think they would need to have a stream of solid/good news lined up. Approval by the board to sell could otherwise be considered insider trading.... especially if the opposite were to happen and not so positive news starts to flow about production. These guys are far too professional to risk such an interpretation by shareholders, and even worse, ASIC. I would also like to know what the rules are about Directors buying shares, post negative market sentiment/price drop resulting from Director share sales. They have an easy 20% to make if they decided to buy in again......
