    IMO Trade speaks louder than hollow political propaganda.
    like Aus, Taiwan depends of a large share of its exports to
    China ;

    Taiwanese exports to china are In total 34'5% (PRC + HK)
    and if the US wants to support Taiwanese independence
    it should put its money where its mouth is...that is displace
    the PRC in Taiwanese imports .

    But back to the Ukraine war.

    IMO China has been cagey about commenting on this war
    other than a 'mother's milk" peace solution.

    That is ,IMO, because China sees its biggest economic opportunities
    in the ex-Warsaw Pact countries who are totally anti-Russia (except Hungary)
    Under the EC banner, these ex-Warsaw Pact Countries are outgrowing mature economies
    and will likely do so for decades until they catch-up. Hence China's wedge!
