Maybe go down to 80 meters with toll treating ore from a pit or JV to a big player and get say $20M in free cashflow
Put in a decline at the bottom of the pit and run their own single boom jumbo and partner with tribute miners with airlegs for remnant ore in splay seems . Do the mining themselves like you suggest but toll treat the ore for processing as doubt they will have the tpa for running their own mill for under say $30 a tonne in process costs .
Could also maybe look at getting met results for heap leaching the ore as then would only need a mobile crusher for comminution down to say 5 mm in quartz . and the rest of the equipment carbon columns can be got off the shelf
