I also cannot understand how adding 1 million people to Australia does not increase the price and cost of housing. Doesn’t those 1 million people need a place to live.

if the argument is supply is the issue, the ALP has had 3 years to do something about housing supply and they knew they have allowed 1 million people to enter Australia. What did they do about it?
