It's almost like back when the share price was 80c, lithium prices were multiples of what they are now, consensus views on EV sales were much higher than the reality we ended up seeing, global lithium production ramped up faster than expectations, and AGY guidance was that they'd have been far ahead of where they are now a long time before now and weren't going to require external funds and dilution just to keep the lights on while faffing around with the 2KTPA plant working let alone the expansion. It's almost like we were expecting to be raising capital for the expansion much much earlier at a time when we were already in production and the lithium price was much higher and we were generating internal revenue, meaning a small fraction of the dilution. It's almost like the global economy is worse than we expected it would be with a worse outlook.

Almost.

You can live in the last all you want and pretend the reality of the economy and AGY is as rosy as you once expected it would be, but the reality is that it's not. Look at your posts on AGY over the years and look how incredibly overoptimistic you consistently have been, and then consider how sublimely hypocritical it is of you to point out that someone else was optimistic, even though the reality clearly is not as bright as you predicted and they sold out. You're living in La La land if you think your old lofty predictions still have any hope. Anyone who has followed you for any amount of time and has the courage to be honest with themselves knows you have always been incredibly overoptimistic, probably moreso than anyone else here. Yes, we all try to make best estimates of the future of share prices etc and obviously none of us gets it 100% right 100% of the time, but for you of all people to try to pull someone up on having been too optimistic on AGY is the epitome of asinine hypocrisy.

If you want to say that AGY is worth the same now as any of us would have estimated 18 months ago, you're completely insane (and I'm not ruling that out) or dishonest (which I'll outright state is obviously the case).
