Yes it's clearly all down to the FDA response, I would hope they have someone lined up subject to a decent FDA response so they can just thrash out the finer details.
What did PR say again wasn't he confident of a deal before the end of the financial year? Well that's just over 4 weeks to go so I don't see that happening without an FDA response
