No coincidence I think that the SP goes below the offer price on the second last trading day before entitlement closes. My guess is their will be clever insto's oversubscribing to pick up the holdings of people who dont take up their entitlement. Depending on the price action on Monday I may still subscribe foe my allocation of it trades at the issue price.

There are up to 78 million shares on offer at 81. How many shareholders representing millions of shares will be thinking the same as Septictank
