Your post just goes to illustrate what a bunch of complete morons we have running the country.
FF could borrow at long term govt bond rate of 5% and get a divi yield of 10.5% - and they are selling! If they had an ounce of sense theyd be buying.
By my calcs, that is a free carry of ~$175m p.a. based on the current value of the holding, and the govt is trying to sell!
