    as you can see in the last interview..

    they waiting for the govonment environmental to approval..

    then they going to build a manufacturing plant...

    they also stated at today price it break even and hoping sand will go up....

    this is not good......

    break even price is not worth shipping all the way to asia....

    they are sitting on a massive sand reverse...

    the issue is shipping cost....

    also who going partner with us if we break even...

    big issue is the long delay on environmental approval..
