Shorting definitively isn't an equation here. As trend tracker said, it falls on financing and fundamentals. I've been holding this for.. 3 or 4 years now and my sentiment is that management failed in their bluff to flip this asset, and have been forced to actually start doing what they claimed they had in process for a long while.
could be wrong, all i know is that we are years behind where we should have been had management truly known what they were doing.
the asset is good. The potential fundamentals are great. Process has been handled poorly.
