Since you took so much time to summarise feedback i have apparently said - i will give the forum the courtesy of updating

~~Delisting is great!~~ - Didnt say this, i said anything that keeps us frozen is great. AVZ still one of the best performing in the industry if we reference 78c as the last trade price. Delisting for the short-term is the equivalent of being in halt
~~No successful class actions for disclosure failures!~~ -- did you see a successful class action? can you share what the outcome was
We won't be getting cents on the dollar - 1.54 is the target
