Still whistling in the dark .. but ..

1. Note that we have several significant events in November leading up to the AGM on the 25th

2. Am wondering if there's a message stick that could pertain to registration of the NTMA. Is certainly feasible in the current climate.

3. AGS continues to contribute towards development ($14.5m to date)

4. Various options being considered for Maldon, including divestment and listing on the ASX .. suggests decision will flow on from whatever agreement might or might not take place between the parties

5. So far no motivation has been given for ordinary shareholders (not employees as per resolution 3) to support resolutions 1 to 3. That could change quickly - or not
