Webral, I recently bought a Compaq from harvey Norman. Its ben nothing but trouble and Harvey Norman have been no help at all. Computer crashes to blue under stress. First they thought it was a virus. I paid a technician to take it away and find the problem . Without breaking the seals they ran test software on the machine. It is clearly a hardware problem. Took it back to HN, they say refer top Compaq. lots of waiting and musak and am still waiting for their 'tech services dept to call back. bacci
