that's why i'll probably just buy another one bacci
when i asked how long i'd have to leave it at HN, they told me they might have to send off for parts - possibly a week or two..........and that's if they can identify a problem
it's likely to cost me more working with a laptop for two weeks than what a new PC will cost to purchase
