IMO this almost feels like a money laundering scheme.
Issue shares in lieu of apparent work. (Seems to be the same people willing to provide money based on a miserable track record for some reason).
Convert shares for cash for not much progress over many many years.
Release meaningless announcements from time to time like ”we’ve got a water license” or “we declare ourselves the kings of gold production”to give the illusion of “progress”.
Every now and then release a “major” announcement like auResources (that will never eventuate) to initiate a trading halt to allow a price reset to allow those new shares to escape.
Possibly issue shares to garfmate for spruiking this rubbish and to allow him and Dean (garfmates own words) to buy property on a tumbling share price.
Rinse and repeat.
