No apologies for the heading. Never been more of a bull than I am right now with PEN. The technicals are now lining up very well with the oh so obvious (to me anyway) positive developments with PEN.
Anyone who has read anything about the "Golden Cross" or of Darryl Guppy's "Multiple Moving Averages" will recognise this in an instant.
