Anyone got an explanation for there being no mention of Joanne Williams’ status other than she rocked up this time? She didn’t stand for re-election like Malcolm King, 3 years after the last time, which was earlier in May ‘21 as it happens, on the 6th, so she’s well past her sell by date. But nothing to suggest she has retired or exited stage left… so what’s her story? Is she on her bike or is she the new Chair or is there some other innocent explanation and she never had to stand for re-election after all for shum reason?
I mean, who really cares, we are getting probably 4 deals this year - Ungani, Shallow, 2H float and Rafa - so whoever is on the board, we are all multibagging.
