Does anyone care? Most of you on here go over the announcements with a fine tooth comb, and no one gave a shit that they didn't hold an egm.
Fred didn't benefit from it, and if he did it would be because they actual had a chip that worked so again, no one would have cared. If an egm had been held it would have passed anyway.
it's been converted to a loan, done and dusted.
