Insider selling?! As the price has been going up?!
These guys couldn't wait to announce this once the Chinese deal expired. They've clearly got a far better option than issuing shares to the Chinese for 22c!! I can't believe that this what they're going to announce isn't going to be infinitely better for shareholders! Time will tell.
"Why does everyone always automatically assumenits an equity capital raising, and not debt?" Because the announcement says in "relation to a capital raising"?!
