Ann:Notice of general meeting- reduction of capital (Price Sensitive), page-2

I've read all the documentation but I'm still unsure whats going on here.

My understanding is the company will delist and we can either take shares in Atomera or Cash.

Am I correct in thinking that the way to value your current shares in KTE according to their sample example price of AUD$6.65 is as follows

EG: 1,000,000 KTE shares x 0.009921 would have the cash value of $9921.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
