Its kind of interesting though Mwatts what exactly has gone wrong?
They raised at 13c for 15 million by insto just before Christmas.
Are they all stupid?
The rights issue failed miserably, I must be stupid because I participated, is that because the insto's were pissed off that SM was letting retail in for 15 million too, so they spoilt the party? Was it as a result of the company zeroing out one insto who dumped on discovery announcement? PAC and co can not be very happy with that happening.
Fact is I personally believe that where the sp is today has very little to do with anything the company has done directly but more a reaction to the way the co has dealt with insto's dumping and coming back for more..
I also believe that IVZ has decided to shift the focus of their fund raising to the country that will benefit.
The company has a major discovery on its hands with probably the biggest running room of any company listed on the ASX and eventually there will be some news that breaks this downward spiral.
