Except Origin wasn't/isn't low margin. They are a good margin "layer 3" white label customer today (ABB provides NBN & helpdesk).
They were trying to negotiate a "layer 2" white label solution (ABB provides NBN, Origin does helpdesk itself). ABB have stated this deal was lower margin/less valuable then the L3 one, and therefore was less of a "loss".
Which doesn't change the fact that by October, ABB will have lost ~140k "good margin" L3 subscribers.
From memory ABB adds about 25k-35k subs/qtr net, so this feels like more of a "thing" to me.
