and many of these countries certainly have something to hide.
yet the ICC has been established to provide a global means of capturing, trying and penalising international figures which cause huge suffering to others.
would you prefer that Hitlers apparatus people had not been brought to book and punished after WW2? and other ignominious figures that have conducted ethnic cleansing and other crimes? do you think they should have impunity from the consequences of their actions?
the ICC serves a critically important service to the planet. I would like to see the ICC expanded to try and punish the leaders of massive companies and political leaders who talk down and distract from global warming too.
