they don't necessarily take tax losses but interest are high and probability of them staying higher is high as well as recent CPI result was hot as well. With this environment in mind entire building sector will be impacted and it will have impact on BRI building product business as well.
so while current P/E or P/S based on past data looks attractive the future result will change them ... and hence people selling... ! ..how far this goes is unknown .. !!
