The benchmark has now been set, if you can’t defeat an opponent at the ballot box then disrupt their campaign, interfere with the election, consume their election finances in court challenges, gagged them so they can speak, charge them without providing and citing the felony charge to the defence, and convict the opponent to void facing them in the election.
