Why would Sumitomo be back at the table after seeing mid teens?

Happy that the stock finished at yearly close highs today but please don't pump rubbish .
Cynata doesn't need a Sumitomo bid. it needs one big upfront on a single indication like GvHD Phase 2.
Then Sumitomos $202m is a joke.
