If Noah and his family were responsible for repopulating the planet after the flood, 4500 years is a very short period for the wide diversity of humanity from Aboriginals to Caucasians to have evolved.

Noah and his family were not responsible for repopulating the planet, repopulating "eretz". Aboriginals and other races lived tens of thousands of years before the Caucasians.
