Many a listed entity picks a project and milks the gut out from it, I can come up with a project that is worth $Billions, As a hypothetical, sea water contains billions if not trillions of dollars worth of gold, I am going to build a huge barge to extract this gold from sea water, now all I require is an advertisement to pull in some investors and now I am set for life. Sound familiar? Dangle the big fat juicy carrot and the Donkeys will come. In my humble opinion of course.
