Just a reminder that the Chairman of KP2, David Hathorn, owns approx 8.7% of KP2 shares on issue. In the recent Annual Report the Substantial Holder Register showed that Luna Nominees Limited is the 4th Largest shareholder in KP2. As per the footnote below the Substantial Holders Register, the Report, states that the 4th largest holder "includes 337,708,061 ordinary shares held by Luna Nominees Ltd on behalf of Mr David Hathorn". In the recent General Meeting, the announcement stated that the Chairman of KP2 participated in the placement and holds a beneficial interest representing 8.66% of the company. See below screenshots under title "From General Meeting Dated 14 May....".
In addition to that, my understanding is that David Hathorn is also a Board Member of an investment company called Harlequin Investments. As per the placement that occured in August 2023 (screenshot shown below) Harlequin owns approx 10% of KP2. That figure now seems to have increased to 12% ownership of KP2 (see below screenshot of Substantial Holder Register, point 2 on that register indicates that the second largest holder of KP2 is Huntress Nominees which is holding the shares of Harlequin Investments).
So adding all this up, the Chairman of KP2 owns and manages over 20% of KP2 shares on issue.
I am assuming that the Chairman has a pretty good understanding of the company and its chances of success, and i am assuming that he would not be holding and managing so many shares in the KP2 if he is not confident that the company has a positive future.
