Can't help but think there is a lot more going on behind the scenes that waiting for the seismic licence for WDS. The original agreement was for WDS to conduct one drill bit given the many possible leads available on PEL 87 and other activities in the basin, It would make good business sense to conduct multiple drills. The issue with this is funding it all and that is why I think we have a delay.
Hooefully there is work and deals going on behind the scenes to conduct multiple drills and we will just have to see what dilution that brings to current PCL holders.
Just guest work but can't see WDS doing just one drill first up...
