I forgot to mention NAB comment that the sellout price of 1buck was "dictated" by intetested parties. THAT WASN'T THE Q. Why couldnt they comfortably work thru the $5mill cash in the acct whilst the SP was recovering. $1.20 discount could have been possible but we'll never know now. And the clanger "It took the market by surprise, but we can't telegraph a CR because they would sell it down to get it cheaper..." NO KIDDING SHERLOCK!
