Great post DB - I too am stunned at how people with such negative perceptions of both Scott and the company continue to hold? Makes no sense to me?
I would never invest my hard earned readies in something I did not believe in.

In reality the CR's and self-marketing have imo been appalling, and the conservatism and relative spruiking of some great events that occurred, were woeful. (Spoke is now a dirty word in my dictionary!)

That said fundamentally nothing has changed...in fact it has improved. We now have two discoveries in two wells. Almost unheard of.
Where I disagree with you DB, is that I do not think the company can move much (Funding that is necessary I feel is compliant upon a PPSA signing) until the elusive PPSA is signed. I too feel, (finally!) that it is not far away and to be honest i don't think Scott gives a flying f@ck about where the sp is now. Little news morsels from a few detectives amongst us last weekend, suggesting that the motion is crawling thru the parliamentary process and the press release yesterday from M Watts sort of confirm that.

I firmly believe that once PPSA is signed we will get a funding announcement?
JV partner within days, along with hopefully, a presentation from Scott & co advising future plans.

IMO - Within days of signing, the 3D will commence and will be completed before the rig is erected and flow test begins.

Get down to basement of LA and bring some of that high pressured sweet stuff to surface and announce another richer discovery.

A new prospective resource figure will then be announced along with a slew of new targets and yes DB, I hope it is where the pre-erected pad is at Baobab - a tasty shallow target.

We will then also be on the cusp of production and gaining an income stream. More upward momentum on the sp.

I know this sounds like a pie in the sky prediction but I too feel much is going on in the background

If the most of the above does happen, we could be kissing 50c quicker than many expect - Scott even said in the last Fireside that it will move very quickly once the ducks are lined up.

The last few months have been shite, I agree, never nice to see the sp collapse, but it is only a loss if you actually sell.

I am hanging around as I believe the story has only just begun.
