Maybe the performance bonus paid should have been linked to producing and shipping 500,000 tons /quarter, and if they drop in Jan- March quarter should be made up during other Quarters.
I note nobody has wondered why only two shareholders, and not Noble or Crawley voted for these performance bonuses.
Bonuses should be paid when employees perform far in excess of their normal working contract, as far as I'm concerned, the latest results are just so so. Nobody deserves a performanance bonus with these results.
