"Enforcing"????
How can NATO enforce anything, being a 'defence alliance', with the mandate to use force only if a NATO member state is attacked?
I have not seen the UN General Assembly where the majority of the member countries voted for this transfer of power and responsibility onto NATO. Do you have any info on that?
