I doubt that's correct. If you read my OP it clearly states what a 1st degree conviction requires.

This was a stitch up.

There was no crime.

So Trump's only the best people he hired to defend him, failed in court with that argument,

Maybe everyone involved in the court case didn't know the Law as well as you.
