I think I found what I originally saw regarding David and Harelquin. I interpret this as yes, David is a Director of Harlequin but happy for a second opinion. Very subtle starting the next page with the line regarding him being a director but its context is still apart of the previous paragraph related to Harequin. This does change the field now, as you said this would now put David with a alot of voting leverage.
