Question for you or James considering you've spoken to him , as @Rthek stated James intends to use the Paradox resources gas plant footprint to set up a demo plant - so - what permits has MAN submitted to either State or Local government bodies to facilitate this idea ? YOU CANT just set up new and different operations at an existing gas plant you know this yeah ? You need :
- extraction rights as opposed to exploratory one rights - you need an extraction well permit or at least a repurposing permit - you need a water permit - you need an air permit - you need a UIC permit - all these need to suit the new purpose you can't recycle gas permits this is the US not South America or Africa
These are just a few ask James and see if any have been submitted to Grqnd county or San Juan county or Utah state bodies let alone Fed Bodies depending on what type of land the gas plant sits on .
Some legitimate questions and investigations while we wait for this wonderful news ......
