He doesn't need to worry about "grounds for appeal" and isn't encumbered by the need for "facts", "evidence", "law", "process". When they work in a call center and spend their life reading pre-scripted comments and have a list of pre-pubescent insults to read out when they encounter anybody on the list of official enemies of the cause.
Apparently its an easy life. No need to actually think, research or understand. Just look at the list and type in the response provided. No wonder Trump said that he loves the uneducated.
