Firstly Russia oil is light oil with average API of 44 so get your facts right

For MAY to firstly drill this well and manage to get 2-4K barrels daily they need another 5-6 wells which will be drilled over 4 years because they don’t own their own drill and will take each well 6 months to drill and 6 months to analyse and another 6 months to begin to produce.

This is a 5-7 year play to even get to 35k barrels a day. Right now it’s a pump for a dump so I’m in.
