Whatever the reason does not matter anymore. The order is done and we have to live by it. BUT that does not mean we have to sit idly by whistling dixie waiting for the pollies to do whatever they want.
At least DB has commenced plans/reports etc with Klarite. That shows the intent of PEP11 to move forward. I can not for the life of me believe that there is NO action that can be taken (at the very least ASK QUESTIONS to the POLLIES!!) to know why the delay. Application was quashed. It was sent back to the JA for a new decision and any reasonable person could see that 16 months after the Court order and NO decision has been made ---> on the SAME APPLICATION WITH THE SAME REPORT AND THE SAME RECOMMENDATIONS - is quite unfair not to mention all the other legal words of due process and the like.!
