Thats the first box ticked, rarely do you find people in charge who keep the market abreast as rapidly as Ian, and only short term (short sighted numbskulls) don't factor that into their overnight trading skills, eventually one day they may learn, but it's unlikely imho. I guess when you're happy to pay the higher tax bracket for day trading as compared to half the rate, well then their margins must be very slim indeed that it's unnoticeable. You wouldn't notice it as much over a $100 profit, but if you add another 4 zeros on the end, the tax on a $1,000,000 profit feels a lot heftier in the under 12 month CGT bracket. If that's something they even factor in i guess. For those clueless trolls wondering what the hell i'm talking about, no actually, go and look it up yourselves.
