World class projects in areas outside of these will find it almost impossible to secure funding of any sort outside of shareholder capital.

China has been very purposefully injecting billions of dollars supporting African countries over the last 10 years as part of a very deliberate strategy.
If you can not rely on the legal system to protect your investment then global banking capital will not be invested there to fund mine development...end of story.

I am still in court in Bermuda with a number of shareholders in a previously listed ASX miner who owned the rights to the worlds largest Platinum reserve. The Chinese company Zijin stole it with the help of the African country where the resource was located. We have spent millions of our own cash fighting for compensation.
