IMO, doing biz down here is like supporting a convicted felon w total disregard for his criminal activity. Individuals who continue to participate in the system do so because it benefits them (or so they believe). They all know its rotten to the core but as long as they get some form of benefit its all ok. They know how it works. They know the key players. They know how to play the game. And they know what the outcomes are if they decide not to participate according to the rules of the game. I'm no fan of JK and clowns but i don't blame them for doing whatever it took to stay alive.
