The rerate will happen after the merge. Tonkin who has many times said a rerate will happen after the merge as well. There will be no share consolidation until a rerate has happened in Red5 shares. And yes Red5 shares have been following SLR ever since the announcement based on the 3.434 split give or take 1 cents each day. No rerate has happened yet. The higher the share price from here the less dilution in shares all of us get and Tomkins knows that.
Both camps will better position and when this baby starts to grow then we all do.
