If smoking killed people it would be illegal. If vaping was safe the Government wouldn't have made them illegal for most people in Australia. I know people who have lived for 20 years with emphysema, survived covid 4 times thanks to the vaccines.
It's literally that simple.
Cigarettes force you to develop a strong lung system, in combination with vaccines, I believe this is why very few people die from smoking these days.
