    its simple......

    vrx need money to build plant..

    vrx need money for salary...

    vrx need money for mills and equipment..

    vrx need at least 2 year for production...

    vrx has no revenue....

    its game over.....

    sand is too expensive to ship oversea unless sand price increases...

    for us to mine it ship oversea it cost almost the same after expenses..
